1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Apna Galla subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because we offer a free trial period, we do not generally offer refunds for payments already processed. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.

3. Service Interruptions

In the rare event of prolonged, critical service unavailability, we may offer prorated credits at our sole discretion.
